Alliance Pharmacy Services is an institutional pharmacy that provides the full range of pharmaceutical services needed to successfully care for patients and clients in a long-term care environment. Alliance was established in 1999 in response to the needs of a number of long-term care facilities that were not being satisfactorily served by larger national pharmacy providers. Alliance currently provides services to Skilled Nursing  and Assisted Living Facilities serving about 4,300 residents in Wisconsin.

Alliance is a member of the Five Star Quality Care Team, an operator of senior care living centers since 2001. With Alliance,  Five Star receives pharmacy services from a pharmacy aligned with their needs for high quality service at a competitive cost. Alliance has a reputation built on service, is financially sound, stays abreast of current regulations, and is small enough to understand the importance of establishing and maintaining relationships between the nursing and administrative staff of the communities it serves. Alliance employs dedicated pharmacists with vast experience in senior care pharmacy.

Alliance Pharmacy Services at Chippewa Valley, located in Chippewa Falls, WI, opened in 2007. Chippewa Valley currently services over 1500 residents in Northwestern Wisconsin.

Alliance Pharmacy Services is located at 407 Pilot Court, Suit 200, Waukesha, WI 53188 and Alliance Pharmacy Services at Chippewa Valley is located at 2815 County Highway I, Suite B, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. Both Alliance pharmacies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Five Star Quality Care of Newton, MA.
